We traveled to Aspen with our 18 months son. We had a lovely experience and enjoyed our vacation. This was our first time skiing in Colorado, so cannot compare to other resorts in US, but as a European used to ski in the Alps, I can compare to the French Alps. I had an amazing time in Aspen, despite being there after a month of record low snow fall. There is such a great variety of terrain on Aspen Mountain, but when you add Aspen Highlands and Snowmass, it's truly incredible.
